I sent you a message through your website and asked that when my package of cards were returned to you as uncollected mail that you provide me with a full credit. I have bought your cards on many occasions and love them. However, your delivery service is poor. I was home on the day when a collection advice was received. There was no attempt to deliver. It is not easy for me to arrange collection and the cost in doing so would make the cards too costly. Please review your delivery service and arrange the credit for this recent purchase. I had great plans for these cards and am totally disappointed. I trust this feedback may lead to you placing your parcels in the hands of ordinary Australia Post.
