Postage & Shipping

We use Australia Post and offer free standard postage and a priority option for all cards purchased within Australia. Cards purchased outside of Australia are sent as a letter via Australia Post economy airmail (there is no first class option) for a small charge that reflects the cost of postage.

Tracking - We do not provide a tracking number as Australia Post do not offer a tracking service on any standard letters posted within Australia or for Economy Air letters posted internationally. For Express post and larger orders you will be provided a tracking number.

We generally post on the next business day after receiving your order (excluding weekends or public holidays) and your package should arrive as follows:

Express Post As per Australia Post guidelines - please check your location for estimate https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/ - you will be provided a tracking number
 
International Estimated Delivery Time Frame
New Zealand ($2.10) 25 business days plus depending upon location
Asia Pacific ($2.30) 25 business days plus depending upon location
Rest of the world ($3.10) 25 business days plus depending upon location

 

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date with the above options as the delivery time-frames are estimates provided by Australia Post. If you require faster delivery options please contact us directly by e-mail at info@colorpopcards.com.au. The large date range in international delivery reflects the current COVID-19 impacts, some shipments appear to be getting through on normal timelines while others have been help up.
