Shipping policy

We use Australia Post and offer free standard postage and a priority option for all cards purchased within Australia. Cards purchased outside of Australia are sent as a letter via Australia Post economy airmail (there is no first class option) for a small charge that reflects the cost of postage.

Tracking - We do not provide a tracking number as Australia Post do not offer a tracking service on any standard letters posted within Australia or for Economy Air letters posted internationally.

We generally post on the next business day after receiving your order (excluding weekends or public holidays) and your package should arrive as follows:

Free Postage 2 to 6 business days depending upon location
Priority Stamp ($0.50) 1 to 4 business days depending upon location
Express Post (on request) Next business day within the Express Post network

International Estimated Delivery Time Frame
New Zealand ($2.10) 7 business days
Asia Pacific ($2.30) 8 to 13 business days depending upon location
Rest of the world ($3.00) 8 to 13 business days depending upon location
